What You’ll Learn & Do:

  • Season, grind, and stuff your own sausages using traditional techniques
  • Work with 5 lbs of premium pork
  • Create your own unique flavor combinations with full access to our extensive spice and seasoning rack
  • Master our classic Italian Ubriaca recipe – a beautifully simple sausage featuring pork, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic
