A 90-minute workshop to help you restore a strong foundation and a healthy connection to the ground.
We discuss common foot issues, what shoes are best for your feet, why being barefoot is so important and how to build strength & mobility in your feet, ankles and hips.
Session registration includes a foot restoration kit (toe spreaders, massage ball, mini band – $35 value) and an exercise program for your feet and lower legs.
