Valentine’s Partner Yoga

This 2-hour workshop blends mindful movement, communication and play through partner yoga and introductory acroyoga experiences. You’ll explore how trust, presence and support show up in your body and in your relationship (romantic or friendly) all in a way that’s fun, accessible and grounded. Expect a balance of laughter, challenge and sweet moments of connection as you move through seated, standing and flying shapes together.
Led by movement teacher Ciara and personal trainer Jason, this afternoon is an invitation to soften, show up and maybe flirt a little with your comfort zone, all while feeling supported every step (and lift) of the way. No prior experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to connect.
