Resilience isn’t toughness.

It’s a skill you can train. Learn how to struggle well, perform under stress, and recover stronger.
Resilience is not something you’re born with. It’s something you build.
Resilience is often misunderstood as simply being “tough enough” to push through stress. In reality, true resilience is the ability to adapt, perform, and recover through challenge. And like physical strength, it can be trained.
In this interactive workshop, Mark Gasparotto introduces the concept of struggling well and explores how resilience is developed across both mind and body.

Together, we’ll examine how we move:

  • from vulnerability to readiness
  • from resistance to adaptation
  • from exhaustion to growth
This session is designed for anyone navigating pressure, transition, or sustained stress. That includes athletes, leaders, parents, professionals, and anyone looking to build greater capacity in daily life.
You’ll learn how resilience is shaped by neuroscience and physiology, and why preparation, performance, and recovery matter just as much mentally as they do physically.

What you’ll take away:

  • A practical understanding of how resilience works in the body and brain
  • How to build protective factors before adversity hits
  • Tools to perform effectively under stress
  • Strategies to recover, adapt, and grow stronger after challenge
Mark Gasparotto is a decorated combat leader, successful entrepreneur, and author. Drawing on real-world operational experience and a Master’s degree in Leadership, he brings the art and science of resilience to life in a way that is grounded, human, and immediately applicable.
