Feet First – Your Foundation to Movement
Your feet are your foundation — but most of us don’t pay attention to them until something starts to hurt. In this hands-on (or feet-first) workshop, Registered Massage Therapist and avid runner Tracy Montgomery will guide you through how to restore natural foot function and keep your feet healthy for life. You’ll learn:
How the foot is designed to move and support your body
Simple techniques to mobilize and strengthen your feet
How to explore balance and stability with your current foot mechanics
A short, practical routine you can start using right away
Tracy brings over 20 years of experience as an RMT working with Olympic and professional athletes, combined with her own love of endurance sports. Whether you’re a runner, lifter, or simply on your feet all day, this session will give you the tools to move better from the ground up.
