Our outdoor yoga class will be held September 27 & 28 and October 4 & 5 from 8-9am. The class will be held outdoors on the patio (weather permitting, event will be postponed should it be rainy).

Class will be a 60-minute Beginner-Friendly Hatha Flow taught by Happy Goat Westboro’s own, Holly! All levels welcome. Class will be held outdoors on our patio, so dress for the weather!

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water Bottle

Optional:

  • Blocks or other props to support your practice
  • Blanket or sweater for Savasana (and because it’s outdoors!)

Cost: $20 per class which includes your choice of a cappuccino, Latte or Americano.
