The Piggy Market

Students will be taken through the entire sausage-making process, from seasoning to stuffing, and then make their own creations, with 5 lbs of pork. The demonstration sausage is our classic Italian Ubriaca – a basic but extremely flavourful sausage of pork, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Full access to our spice and seasoning rack is available, and Dave will give guidance to ensure a good mix of spices.

Class runs from 5:30pm until approximately 8:30pm. Please wear comfortable shoes, a hat/bandana and clothes for cooking. This is a hands on experience! Aprons and rags will be provided.

Minimum class attendees: 3. If not enough people register, you will be given the option to reschedule to the next date or get a refund.
