La nature en ville Westboro Nature Walk
June 4, 2019 @ 8:00 am - June 4, 2025 @ 5:00 pm
Experience the nature of Westboro through a new outdoor photography exhibition that stretches from Golden Avenue to Island Park, titled: La nature en ville Westboro Nature Walk
Renowned wildlife photographer, Michelle Valberg, licensed nine of her spectacular local nature-themed photos to wrap nine utility boxes across Westboro Village and installation is now complete.
“There’s magic in the nature of our own backyard,” says Michelle, Westboro Village BIA member, Canadian Nikon Ambassador, and Canadian Geographic’s Photographer-in-Residence.
She has traveled internationally to capture visually stunning images of nature, but claims that it our local and Canadian nature she loves the most.
The exhibition spans the whole of Westboro Village – from Island Park to Golden Avenue at the main intersections – on traffic boxes. Walk just over 1KM to view each of the 9 displays.
The license for this exhibition is 5 years.
