How to Prepare for your First Ultra-Marathon

Thinking of racing something longer than a marathon!? Come and chat with Real as he will present you with approaches to ready yourself for a race from 50KM to 100 miles – whether it’s a road or trail race. We will talk about training strategies as well as some basics on hydration, nutrition, foot care and logistics. This clinic is followed by a second more advanced discussion two weeks following. Real has completed well over 50 Adventure Races, ski marathons and Ultramarathons, averaging over 24 hour/event. Spaces are limited RSVP with the link below
